The historic Australian Surf Life Saving Championships are coming to the Gold Coast this autumn.
Now more than ten decades old, the “Aussies” as they are affectionately known, are the biggest and most prestigious event in the surf life saving calendar. During the event, thousands of elite surf life savers from all over the country make their way to the host beach to take centre stage in a series of thrilling races and competitions.

The Australian Life Saving Championships 2013 will take place at North Kirra Beach, just 10 minutes from our Palm Beach holiday accommodation, from 15-21 April 2013.
