We’re here to make your stay as smooth and relaxing as possible. Below you’ll find answers to some of our most common guest questions. If there’s anything else you’d like to know, please contact our friendly team during reception hours.
What time is check-in and check-out?
Check-in is from 2:00 pm and check-out is by 10:00 am.
Do you require a security bond upon check-in?
Yes. A credit card is required at check-in to cover any incidental charges. Guests without a credit card will need to provide a cash security bond.
Is after-hours check-in available?
Yes, but it must be arranged in advance. Please contact us prior to your arrival to organise after-hours check-in. Once confirmed, we will email you detailed access instructions and lock box information.
Can I arrange a late check-out?
Late check-out may be possible, subject to availability and additional charges. Please ask our staff upon arrival or during your stay.
When do I need to pay a deposit?
A deposit is required to confirm your reservation. Please refer to the terms and conditions of your rate plan for specific payment and cancellation details.
Is your reception open 24 hours?
Our reception operates during the following hours:
Monday – Friday: 9:00 am – 4:00 pm
Saturday, Sunday & Public Holidays: 9:00 am – 10:30 am
After-hours calls are directed to our night service on (07) 5520 9888. For urgent matters, the onsite manager will be notified.
Please note, Regency on the Beach is a secure building—after-hours access requires your room swipe card at the main entrance.

Do you offer onsite parking?
Yes. Complimentary secure undercover parking is available for one vehicle per apartment.
Is Wi-Fi available?
Yes. Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the property.
Do you provide daily housekeeping?
As self-contained apartments, daily servicing is not included. Stays of eight nights or longer receive a complimentary mid-stay service. Extra cleaning can be arranged for a fee.
Are the apartments non-smoking?
Yes. All apartments and balconies are strictly non-smoking. Designated smoking areas are provided outside the building.
Do you have lifts?
Yes. Lift access is available to all accommodation levels.
Do you provide cots or high chairs?
Yes. Portacots and high chairs are available for hire—please request these when booking to ensure availability.
How close is Regency on the Beach to local attractions?
We are located directly on Palm Beach, within easy walking distance to cafes, shops, and parks. Popular destinations such as Burleigh Heads and Currumbin Wildlife Sanctuary are just a short drive away.
