Booking & Check-In

What time is check-in and check-out?

Check-in is at 2:00 pm
Check-out is at 10:00 am

Do you require a security bond upon check-in?

We require credit card details to be held on file during your stay. Should you not have credit card details a cash security bond is required.

Is after hours check-in available

Yes, you can check in after hours. Please use the intercom service located at our front door to call our after-hours service. They will provide you with all the information needed to obtain your keys.

Can I have a late check-out?

Late check out can be arranged. Please ask our staff upon arrival, surcharges may apply.

When do I have to pay a deposit?

All bookings must have a deposit to be confirmed. The deposit is paid when your booking is made.

Is your reception open 24 hours?
No, unlike a hotel, self-contained apartments do not have a 24-hour reception, our reception hours are as follows:

9 am – 3 pm Monday – Friday
9 am – 10 am Saturday, Sunday & Public Holidays (closed)

After-hours calls are directed through to the night service (dial 07 5520 9888) on your phone.

The night service employees are trained to answer most questions relating to Regency on the Beach, any urgent calls will be directed to the onsite Manager. Regency on the Beach is a secure building after hours, access to the resort after hours requires your room swipe card to be swiped at the main entrance to the resort.

Is there Internet or WiFi access available?
Yes, all rooms have free Wi-Fi available. Please talk to our friendly receptionist about how to access this service.
What facilities do you have?

Our facilities include:

  • Underground security parking
Is there car parking available?
Regency on the Beach has secured underground car parking accessed via our entrance. A valid room key is required to gain access through the security roller door. Each apartment has one allocated car space. Unfortunately, additional car parks cannot be offered.
Do we have to bring our own linen i.e. pillows, towels, sheets, pool towels?

All linen is provided in the Apartments. Our apartments are not serviced daily, bookings of 7 nights or longer do receive a mid-stay service. All of our 1, 2 and 3-bedroom apartments do come fully equipped with laundry facilities for your use during your stay.

Pool towels are unfortunately no longer provided so if you prefer to use a pool/beach towel we suggest you bring your own.

How often are the apartments serviced?

Apartments are serviced weekly on a 7 night or more stay. Stays less than 7 nights do not receive a service as our apartments are self-contained.

Is the pool heated?
The resort pool is heated to a temperature of 26 degrees and the spa is heated to 38 degrees.

Are there shops or restaurants nearby?

There are a few located within walking distance. Please ask our friendly receptionist for directions.

Is there public transport nearby?

Yes. Within 100 metres of Regency on the Beach is the local bus service stop.

Where can I buy groceries locally?

There is a Coles located on 5th Avenue and there is a Woolworths located on 19th Avenue. We recommend driving. Please feel free to ask our friendly receptionist for directions.
