What time is check-in and check-out?

Check in 14.00pm

Check out 10.00am

Do you require a security bond upon check-in?

We require credit card details to be held on file during your stay. Should you not have credit card details a cash security bond is required.

Is after hours check-in available

Yes you are able to check in after hours. Please use our intercom located at our front door to call our after hours service. They will in turn supply you with all information required to obtain your keys.

Can I have a late check-out?

Late check outs can be arranged. Please ask our staff when you arrive. Surcharge may apply

When do I have to pay a deposit?

All bookings must have a deposit to be confirmed. The deposit is paid when your booking is made.

Can I book theme park tickets at reception?

Yes, you can book all Gold Coast attractions via our Reception Desk. Please ask our friendly receptionist upon arrival.

Yes we have WiFi available for purchase, please talk to our friendly receptionist.

Is there car parking available?

Yes car parking is available. Reception will advise of this upon check in.

Is all linen provided?

Yes we provide linen. If you require a top up or wish to hire more please see reception. Most items are charged at $2 per hire.

How often are the apartments serviced?

Apartments are serviced once weekly on a 7 night or more stay. Stays less that 7 nights do not receive a service as our apartments are self contained.

Is the pool heated?

Our main Pool heated to 24-25 degrees. Our spa is kept from 27 degrees up.

Are there shops or restaurants nearby?

There are a few located within walking distance. Please ask our friendly receptionist for directions.

Is there public transport nearby?

Yes, bus stop located approx 100m from Regency on the Beach.

Where can I buy groceries locally?

There is a small supermarket located within walking distance at Koala Park. There is a Woolworths located on 19th avenue, we recommend driving. Please feel free to ask our friendly receptionist for directions.
