The Collective Palm Beach
The Collective in Palm Beach is one of the Gold Coast’s most well-known must-visit spots. Since opening its doors in late 2016, The Collective has revolutionised the Gold Coast dining scene by offering a unique experience with five cuisines under one roof. You may sample the best of Mexican, Greek, Asian, American, and Italian cuisines.
The downstairs dining area is enveloped in lush flora and bathed in natural light. If you dine and drink on the rooftop, you will have unrestricted views from the west to the hinterland.
Add The Collective and these new food establishments to your must-visit list if you haven’t already.
Tank Bar & Dining
Tank Bar & Dining, which debuted earlier this year and is within a few minutes’ walk from the accommodation, has seamlessly integrated into Palm Beach’s dining scene.
Bine Bar & Dining in Nobby Beach is the older sibling of Tank Bar & Dining. Have you ever visited Bine? Bine is about delicious food and fantastic beer! Tank Bar & Dining is well-known for its artisan brews and well-balanced meals, so don’t expect anything less. They have ten rotating taps, various canned beverages, a selection of wines and delectable cocktail alternatives, and modest yet delicious food.
Suzy BBQ opened in April 2022 and is a terrific spot if you enjoy Korean barbeque! Suzy BBQ is unique, fun, and unlike anything else on the Gold Coast, from the vintage Korean posters decorating the walls to the red Coca-Cola seats to the buzzing environment.
Their menu includes classics like fried Korean pear chips, corn cheese, tteokbokki, kimchi fried rice, and more. The kimchi dumplings and Korean fried chicken are must-tries. The Korean BBQ experience, on the other hand, is the main attraction. Everything from pork collar to ox tongue and everything in between is available. They bring the meat to your table, and you cook your meal how you like it!
Aren’t these spots worth a visit? After a thrilling day of exploring, you may unwind at Regency on the Beach and eat at one of these restaurants. Plan your getaway now and book your room with us!
